Provide career awareness support materials for educators and students.
Work in partnership with industry, education and government to educate youth on future trends.
Partner with women's groups and stakeholders in women's issues to hold Young Women's Conferences.
Provide a series of roundtable discussions with community groups to address general and aboriginal equity.
Host a web site to provide educators, youth and industry with information relevant to careers in skills and trades.
Operate a dynamic Board of Directors representing industry, education, labour and the corporate sector.
