Partner with women's groups and stakeholders in women's issues to hold Young Women's Conferences.
Provide a series of roundtable discussions with community groups to address general and aboriginal equity.
Host a web site to provide educators, youth and industry with information relevant to careers in skills and trades.
Operate a dynamic Board of Directors representing industry, education, labour and the corporate sector.
