The Skills Canada Saskatchewan competitions represent six different sectors: Manufacturing and Engineering, Construction, Transportation, Information Technology, Employment and Service. See the full list of competitions.
Try-A-Trade® Technology Activities
Activities will be hosted at many of the competition areas throughout the schools as well as in select areas where Skills Canada Saskatchewan partners and supporters will set up fun activities that students can take part in, while learning about the education path and great career opportunities in those sectors.
A full list of activities will be posted on our website before the event and each visitor will have access to the Digital Event Guide via a QR code.
Educators have the option to bring students to both Regina Campus Public and Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus. Groups can register for morning at one of the campuses and afternoon at the other or just select one. Space is limited so be sure to register early to have a fun and experiential learning day for your students.
NOTE: Please advise if you are sharing a bus with other classes or educators

Skills Canada Saskatchewan is pleased to open advisor registration for 2024. Your registration will include:
- Lunch onsite with your competitors
- Dinner prior to closing ceremony
- Skills Canada Saskatchewan Provincial Competition t-shirt*
Note: * Size may be requested, but will be limited to availability
SCS cannot accommodate advisor registration onsite
WITT – Young Women’s Conference
Skills Canada Saskatchewan is happy to partner with WITT for their Young Women’s Conference. This will be hosted on March 22nd
at SaskPolytechnic Regina Campus.
A group of 30 young women will have a fun filled day as they explore both Campus Regina Public and SaskPolytech trying out the many Try-A-Trade and Technology activities ,and then spend their afternoon doing a fun Robotics Challenge.
Thanks to WITT for hosting this during the Skills Canada Saskatchewan Provincial Competition and a huge shout out to ICTC for sponsoring the lunch for these young women!
