Volunteer

Skills Canada Saskatchewan is looking for volunteers for the Skills Canada Saskatchewan Provincial Competition. We’re currently seeking individuals for the following roles: 

  • Aesthetics Model
  • Ceremony set up & assistance with medals 
  • Competition set up 
  • Competition take-down 
  • General/Flexible Volunteer 
  • Registration – day of event 
  • Registration & venue set-up 
  • School visit greeters 
  • Sorting & shipping competition items to venue 
  • Partner set-up & engagement 

All volunteers will receive swag, shirts, lunch, and an incredible opportunity to assist in the province’s top trade and tech competition!   

You will be contacted prior to the event with information and details pertaining to your volunteer area.

WITT – Young Women’s Conference

Skills Canada Saskatchewan is happy to partner with Women in Trades and Technology (WITT) for their Young Women’s Conference again this year.

Why should you attend?

  • Learn about careers in trades and technology from women role models who will be with you throughout the day
  • Network with other grade 8 females who have similar interests
  • Participate in an array of hands-on activities
  • Visit the Skills Canada Provincial Competitions at both Sask Polytech Regina campus and Campus Regina Public
  • Win cool prizes
  • Find out if a career in the trades or technology is for you
