Efforts to engage and attract young Canadians to the skilled trades must be accompanied by information about what it takes to be successful. At this session we will be looking at ways to encourage young Canadians to consider skilled trade and/or technology careers including the mining Industry, Skills for Success, and their importance in employment retention.
